what oil should be used in the throat
Sewing machine oil is recommended for this plunger pump, and other lubricating oils suitable for mechanical parts are also acceptable. Add about 1 ml (5 drops, roughly 1/4 of a cola bottle cap) of lubricating oil to the oil filling port of the plunger pump before each use and after cleaning the machine to extend the service life of the plunger pump.
