Missing bolts, 2 short, 1 long. One of the poles was deformed. Instructions not brilliant. Have got the frame together. Instructions say use short bolts when long actually needed

I bought the above item for almost 100 pounds, it has had all its cheap Velcro fixings damaged in the first bit of bad weather. The fixings were supposed to keep the waterproof cover attached to the frame but failed to do This. It seems that the producers are obviously using cheap materials and maximizing profit. Disappointed overall.

Hi. Quality is fine for the price, but since vevor not are in the VOEC agrement in Norway, norwegian customers end up payen double vat. Both when regisering order at vevor, and again when clearing through customs. I did get the double VAT back from Vevor, but requires some effort to get receipts from posten, and opening a support ticket. Hope Vevor can fix this cause i really like the shop…

Absolute rubbish. Once supports were erected the green plastic cover was not large enough to cover the frame . Typical Chinese rubbish product.
