Fantastica una vera gelatiera professionale che in grado di produrre gelati della stessa qualit delle gelaterie con in pi la possibilit di inserire ingredienti genuini. La macchina fa circa 150 giri al minuto Pertanto il gelato viene soffice morbido ben areato e cremosissimo. Rispetto a una gelatiera professionale la macchina ha un costo 6/7 volte inferiore. Spero possa durare molto nel tempo. Il mio unico dubbio relativo alla reperibilit di eventuali pezzi di ricambio.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. il gelato prodotto e' quello che si vede: ottima mantecatura. produce circa 1,5 litri di gelato ogni mezzora. macchinario facile da pulire. nessuna possibilita' di aumentare il tempo massimo di mantecatura, che e' di 32 minuti.macchinario dedicato per grandi quantit di gelato. Per uso casalingo c' spreco di miscela.

I had a very disappointing experience with VEVOR. I ordered an ice cream machine together with a vacuum sealer and paid using Klarna's 24-month financing. The ice cream machine was never delivered. Instead of cancelling the order immediately, the shipment remained active for weeks. During that time, the carrier even marked the package as delivered, although I never received it. I had to report the missing shipment and wait for the investigation before VEVOR finally acknowledged the issue and refunded the machine. The refund itself was eventually processed, but because of the delay, Klarna had already accrued financing interest before receiving the refund. When I asked VEVOR to reimburse this additional cost, their response was simply that they are only responsible for refunding the purchase price and not for any financing costs caused by the delayed refund. I understand that Klarna is a separate financial provider, but the interest would never have existed if VEVOR had either: delivered the product as promised, or cancelled the unavailable item immediately instead of letting the order continue for weeks. The €7.21 is not the issue. The lack of responsibility is. I expected much better customer service and accountability.
