Only heat press works ok, the tumbler press is total junk. You can't make mugs it, the body is really weak and the silicone wrap is too small for mugs.

Damaged product and they won't return it. I paid for a product I can use but I got it damaged. The service says who can use it. What a farce. I didn't pay half the price of the product I paid the whole price so I have the right to get a quality product without damage.
