The product is excellent, its only flaw, which hopefully will pass, is that it emits an unpleasant odor when first used. But hopefully, this will fade over time. Otherwise, it does its job excellently and precisely.

Its is not what is is written. It cannot be used for 11-30 oz. Only for 30 oz😥. We dont have 30 oz tumbler in Denmark.

I bought this machine on October 20th. It stopped heating today and I have used it very few times. I can't contact the company, I am very dissatisfied. I have already sent an email and have not received any response.

I would like to ask when working with this press. The press heats up to the desired temperature, I put the mugs in and the temperature drops by maybe 30 degrees. It then heats up to the desired temperature again and then counts down the time. Is this how it's supposed to be? The sublimation mug is then in the press for a longer time. Or what about it?

Hello, this is a normal phenomenon when using the product. The cup is cold and it takes a certain amount of time to return to the set temperature after being put in, just like adding cold water to 100° boiling water. Depending on the type of cup, it is recommended to set the time between 60-120 seconds.
