It does not have the clearest instructions on how to put together. If all of the pieces are pulled looking at it, it can be put together. Once put on vehicle it’s very easy to use. Very reliable.

Super easy installation!

After getting high quotes to have a professional install a tow hitch, we decided to do a self installation and so glad we did. Not only was the price a fraction of the shop cost, installation only took a few bolts to connect and a torque gun to secure the bolts as tight as possible. Was a perfect fit on our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
