Que grande desilusão! Comprei baseado numa foto de um equipamento montado e recebemos uma caixa com tudo desmontado... pior que o IKEA. Tínhamos 2 eventos onde íamos usar o equipamento, mas infelizmente ainda está como veio: não conseguimos montar. Queremos devolver o produto. Como devemos proceder?
PS - como podemos avaliar o nível de ruído (avaliação mandatória) se bem sequer condições montar o equipamento?!

What a huge disappointment! I bought it based on a photo of the equipment assembled and we received a box with everything disassembled... worse than IKEA. We had 2 events where we were going to use the equipment, but unfortunately it is still as it came: we were unable to assemble it. We want to return the product. How should we proceed?
PS - how can we assess the noise level (mandatory assessment) if we are not even able to assemble the equipment?!
