The product works perfectly. I have loved it from day one, though it was a bit expensive. It is also worth mentioning that it weighs cca 300 grams less than advertised, which affects performance (though it is good, just for the records) My only negative experience was with the customer service department, namely with Fayez and Amir. Regretfully, they have lied a lot about the shipment and promised everything without the reality behind it. They never offered compensation when they were caught with other lies (i.e. the product was not even shipped when they stated it was on the way). There robotic-like answers never actually responded to the questions I raised, nor did the matter get escalated when I asked for it.
