Item received real fast, easy to assemble. The control board was not as advertised, it was all printed on a single PCB. Laser is good only for engraving, I already switched to a stronger, 20W, 4W optical power laser to use for cutting. The working area is very generous, but for a living with office area is too much, more suited for a dedicated chamber. I ordered this model for the frame, to use it for base for further projects, for me it was easier to buy the full frame then to search for individual parts. Pros: - good price - easy to assemble - easy to upgrade Cons: - missig z-axis to adjust the focus easier, fixed with a 3d printable part There is no table, but I didn't look for one. You need to add something beneath the machine so you don't burn your desk (with laser upgrade).

Very good for the price. The workspace is quite large. The frame could be stronger. Short cables, lack of energy chain, but at this price, it might still be acceptable. I use it with a 10w laser head. It will be perfectly fine after conversion.

I bought this as a hobbyist piece of kit as I borrowed something similar from a friend to make some personalised gifts. I absolutely love this laser, it's so easy to use (although I am an engineer) and produces really high-quality engravings once you've dialled in your focal length correctly. There is more use for this laser than I initially imagined, great buy!

Easy to set up, except instructions aren't always very clear. Had to swap over two of the drive motor wires, as it was working backwards - instructions were wrong. Focusing can be a little tricky but overall, a good machine at a very good price.

Delivered within 3 days...and extremely well packaged. Spent 10 mins looking at supplied instructions. Cross ref to parts list gives the detailed info , especially when selecting screws . An error on the instruction halted things for a few mins. The cross rail (X axis, containing laser rail) is shown as a double width modular rail. In fact its a square section rail with a couple of steel brackets in a bag to fit at each end. Also the laser requires fitting as low as possible . Had trouble using the suggested software (think it requires a dongle).Gave up and used lasergrbl instead. Overall , a brilliant purchase. 2 or 3 hours to assemble...tools supplied. Laser is small in power but functions well. Power supply is included. I`ve fitted an mdf board to lie across the 2 smaller rails.with 4 adjustable height screws. Would highly recommend.

Ordered on the 6-6-22 and it arrived on the 10-6-22 so a good deliver. Item was well packaged and all the parts were there when checked against the inventory in the instructions. Following the instructions was reasonably easy and the condstruction took me about 2 hours. I comes with a 12volt at 5A power supply, which is not shown on the sales information. The Software loaded from the link was no problem and the functionality was good and after a few tests with the laser on 50% power it became easy to use and produced a good result. I am very pleased with the engraver. I only hope the laser diode last as long as they should.

Wife bought me 1 of these for Christmas as my 3018pro decided to die on me. Arrived well packaged and within 2 days. Assembly was ok took about 2 hrs, only problem I had was you get 5-6 bags of screws, nuts etc but none are labelled so took a bit to figure out which nut went where but soon figured it out. Other thing I found when testing was axis was inverted and engraving came out mirrored, easy to fix just swapped the 2 Y axis leads over problem solved. So far so good and definitely worth the price, cost less than my original 3018pro, larger work area and a much more powerful laser. Would I recommend this?? Yes definitely.
