I have buy VEVOR 0.8KW Air Cooled Spindle Motor with 1.5KW 2HP Variable Frequency Drive Inverter VFD. I need to limit maximum power from VFD to match spindle. I didn't find that parameter in VFD manual. Can someone share how to limit maximum power?
This is automatically adapted, no need to set it up. Here are the test methods for you. power connection method, If you use single-phase 220v, please connect it to R and T. If S is empty, there is no need to connect it. If you have 3 phase 220v then connect to RST. The three wires of the motor are connected to U, V, and W. Only wires can be connected between the motor and the inverter, and no switch can be installed in between.

Vevor 800w Spindle & VFD kit
It was a coin flip, this or 400w Brushless for my 4030 CNC.ive never used a VFD spindle or touched anything 3 Phase before so was very cautious. The phrase "All devices needed for installation is provided in the box." Swung the deal, ordered & arrived within a week! Didn't come with some of the items shown, 4 core power cable, ribbon cable, UK plug. Capability for "Double Insulated" safety. Long debate with Vevor and a suitable discount. I made my own power plug from a PC kettle lead, bought too heavy gauge 4 core cable wouldn't fit in the aviation plug. Decided to buy Ready assembled 4 core with Aviation plug. Tested on bench, couldn't hear it spin, double checked it's definitely spinning. I can feel draught from the cooling .... It is SILENT !! Full revs is a light air whistle, but the spindle didn't budge. Perfectly balanced, perfectly silent, perfect vibration free!! Connected to my CNC, did some test cuts.' unbelievable how this powers through Pine, Oak, Beech without batting an eyelid or steamer and the only noise is the cutter in the wood and that even sings where the old 300w spindle coughed. Spluttered & groaned at anything deeper than 1mm cut and wasn't totally happy over 2000 mm/min I've not found a limit yet. I'm just increasing efforts slowly while getting used to the excellent performance I am very pleased. I hope this last a long time. I'll build a bracket & some way of strain relief on my cabling. That is the only part that I was not happy with, missing necessary cable or even advised on correct grade of cable & making my own forked spade connections. Very fiddly for an old guy with shaky hands & failing eyesight. But touching smooth carves , 4 times faster. No vibration of shake was worth the wait!
