Bought these as they were cheap and have the same diameter axle clearance as my hand cart. Unfortunately the width, thanks to some interesting bearing internals means the wheels are just too wide and I can't insert the locking pin to secure the wheel to the axle. A minor modification with a die grinder is necessary and unavoidable.
