Works well. I had a machine before and this one has half the power, 800W. I was worried that the power wouldn't be enough, but that hasn't been a problem. The chamber itself is a bit small. But since we use it for home use, it works well. The container for unpopped kernels is very small and needs to be emptied every time. Recommended.

Makes great popcorn but we had a few issues with the parts. One major issue was the hinges for the glass door were all messed up so we had to put it on upside down...It still works and you can't really tell but the overall build quality is just not that great. But in terms of the final product, it's easy to use, quick, and produces great popcorn.
