- Efficient Heating & Stable Temperature: The 30mm thick refractory cotton design of the portable propane forge ensures efficient heat concentration and minimizes heat loss. Paired with 3 powerful burners, it provides strong and even heat, allowing the forge to quickly reach and maintain a stable temperature of up to 2600°F, creating an ideal environment for forging. With its superior performance, you can easily craft high-quality metal tools or artwork.
- Larger Space & Flexible Loading: The farrier forge features a hexagonal design, creating a taller and more spacious interior that accommodates various sizes and shapes of metal stock. This design supports diverse forging needs, whether it's knives, spikes, bracelets, screws, or scissors. Plus, the scientifically designed internal space improves heating efficiency.
- Upgraded Craftsmanship & Safety: The propane forge body is made of 1.5mm black powder-coated cold-rolled steel with a seamless exterior. Upgraded burners with flanges and rivets ensure durability and avoid the risk of fire leaks. For enhanced safety, the CSA-certified propane hose has been upgraded from traditional clamps to threaded connections, ensuring no gas leaks.
- Simple Operation & Temperature Control: The gas forges for blacksmithing feature 3 burners with adjustable valves to control the use of 1, 2, or all 3 burners. The air valve adjusts the air-to-propane ratio, and the regulator controls propane flow. These settings allow precise firepower and temperature control for various metals, including gold, copper, silver, stainless steel, steel, brass, bronze, magnesium, aluminum, alloys, lead, and tin.
- Portable & Versatile: Featuring a modular design, this blacksmithing gas forge is highly portable and easy to move. Whether you're a hobbyist, blacksmith, jeweler, engineer, shoemaker, or metal craftsman, you can use it in a compact workshop, studio, or even an open yard to forge your own creations.
