Lovely heat press. Had to look online to help with how to use as the instructions are a little basic. Gave it 4 stars only because I had to wait longer than expected for the item as it got lost in transit but the seller were really good and kept me informed

Super light compared to the other one, only thing that would make it perfect is a slide out tray on the bottom! Love this machine it's clean ans simple to use.

Love it! Only used the mug attachment so far, but it works perfect. And I'm a first time mug maker, lol!

Everything was going fine after 2 uses the mug press the cables burned I contact the seller they first told me that they could give me $10 I told them that I needed that part for my business that is why I bought it so the ask for pictures of the part sent out and everything after almost 1 months the part got home turn out it was the wrong part. I reached out to them again the offer $80 then I said no, they said 50% refund just for me to keep the machine. I decided to return every and get an expensive one so I don_ have this trouble again.

Product came in a slightly damaged box, but it was packaged great & there were no cosmetic flaws to the machine at all. The bottom heat plate is surface scratched, but that doesn_ in any way affect the machine.The blue pad did come with an odd black dot that I hate. It_ cracked & the mat doesn_ look at all like it_l hold up for future pressings. I_ not confident using this on white garments as I dont know if it_l transfer to the material in any capacity.As far as pressure goes, read the manual it came with & it_l show you that an adequate pressure measurement is between 10-14mm, which is about 1-1.5cm.Adjusting the temperature is pretty easy to figure out, just keep pressing _ode to get to the desired setting.It took around 3-4min to get up to 310 degrees heated my design well.I added a picture of the first project I used it for; 310 degrees for 15 seconds.All in all - I_l give it a 4 star simply because of the black cracked dot on the heating pad, but it seems to function well & feels sturdy for repeated use.If the company reaches out, I_l update in the future with their reply.

Well I messaged to customer service and they told me to send pictures of what was the problem but I don_ know where to send the pictures at so I think here will be good but all I_ asking is for a new sensor cable since it broke... thank y_ll

I love it, it works as expected and is sturdy. My husband purchased it for me but I picked it out of course. I use it mainly for tshirts but I have also done a pillow case. I haven't used the attachments but I am very excited too!! Oh also love that the bottom plate slides, that was a pleasant surprise.Dominique E.
