I liked the product. Its exactly as seen on photo. It has 5 layers, and can be used to steam multiple dishes at once or to make dumplings. Its beautiful stainless steel and lightweight. Fits in most of the stoves. It arrived on time. I used it to make dumplings and i love it. I would definitely recommend this product.

This steamer is great for large groups or for those that want to steam multiple items separately. Two of the tiers are the result of inserting a steamer plate into the bottom or top section. If you leave the top plate out it makes the top steam chamber twice as large as the rest and is great for steaming bulky items like spinach or Kale.The tiers are separate sections that allow you to have varied steam times.I steam every day and I have enjoyed utilizing this steamer.

It's a great product

Yes it is SS (Stainless Steel). Induction only works through magnetization. This SS does not have Iron. If you want to use Induction cooking check your cook-ware with a magnet. If the Magnet sticks to SS it will work with your cook-ware. Salad Master 316 TI SS cook ware is a Good example that works with induction cooking. This Stainless Steel Steamer Pot will not work with Induction cooking, But it is a GREAT product. To bad you sent it back. Lee
