The Vevor product is very sturdy. Assembly is pretty straightforward with the directions given. The two nuts that holds the upper handrail to the lower bracket must be well tightened to prevent the twisting of the handrail while gripping it with weight on it. And be sure that your spa is empty before trying to install the bottom plate under it. The spa will be way too heavy to lift if there is some amount of water in it.

My husband assembled this in no time. I am disabled and need support to climb in and out of the hot tub. I can easily lean my full weight without feeling like the handle will tip over. Definitely a needed purchase for me.

This company has five star customer service. They helped us within a couple of days to make minor adjustments. The handrail looks very good and is helpful to us.

Assembly and installation is pretty easy, especially if your tub is drained. But if I set it against the tub I can_ properly close my lid, and I couldn_ pull the access panel without removing them. So I set them back a couple of inches. But then they aren_ as stable as I would like. Not terrible, just could be better. Thinking about finding a way to fasten them to my stairs to make them more stable. Worth it to me to avoid the other issues I mentioned. Would recommend.

Product arrived damaged in shipping, box had obviously been dropped, large tears in box, causing the main support pipe to be dented in at the top edge. Unable to slide two pieces together. Not wanting to ship it back and wait another month for a handle to arrive my son was able to bend out the dent. All that said, product is great. Very sturdy. Stronger than I expected. Swivel feature is great. We chose not to install under hot tub. We have it secured next to hot tub with cinder blocks which we covered with potted plants. Enabling it to be stored in garage during frigid months.

hard time trying to get the foam grip pass the bends on the handle....had to leave the top tight screw off the stand so I can turn the handle to remove and replace tub's cover.....but it is still a good buy and worth the money...good shape to the handle

Fits perfectly under my hot tub and was easy to place before I filled my hot tub with water.
