Works as specified, keeps a good well centred grip and enables work on small diameter pieces of wood. The chuck is a little difficult to operate as the key to be inserted deep into the key hole before it engages correctly and is a tad fiddley, but once there does what it should. I am a bit concerned that any wear on the key will prevent it working correctly as the tolerance is very small. Not a problem I have had before.

It was a present from my wife for Christmas and it does not fit my lathe.

Arrived very promptly following order. Packaging was very good. Not had chance to use it yet due to an illness.

Received before due date. We'll packed. Fitted straight onto my lathe. Looks to be good quality. Haven't used it yet but I have confidence that will all be good.

Excellent chuck if you are buying one hears a bit of information, the chuck is a 11/4 “ thread but they do send an adaptor to 1” if your lathe is 3/4” like mine you will require an additional adapter 1” to 3/4” then you are all set hope this helps .

Great product that really works well and holds the work pieces solid. This is the smaller of the chucks and would recommend the next model up for bigger work but general, brilliantIf I were to be critical at all I would say that the chuck key does slip if you are not careful
