I use this to run a fan that recovers heat from my pellet stove vent pipe. The thermostat is set to come on when the pipe reaches 90 degrees. The outlet has a fan plugged into it so the fan cools the vent pipe. I find I'm recovering the heat from the pipe that would just go out the vent without the thermostat. I like using the thermostat so fan only runs when the pipe is hot.

Used it to turn my old fridge into a wine fridge.

This is our fifth purchase of an Inkbird. Our oldest one is at least 3 years old and still working great. We use them to regulate temperatures of seedling heat mats, chick brooders, unreliable refrigerators, and oil-filled heaters. We also use one to change a refrigerator into a storage unit for tomatoes and peppers by setting the temperature at 55 degrees. Likewise, we use one on a window air conditioner in a small insulated space to have a cool room for storing other vegetables.

I use it as a sou vie temp control to make a large crock-pot even more useful! It took an hour to sort out the temp control range wanted/needed But once that was accomplished it has worked fantastically well now a few dozen times over many months!

Korean kimchi requires low temperature than regular refrigerator. There are some refrigerator that are made for only storing kimchi. I bought this to control the temp. It serves well.

A really good production of steam gets hot quickly easy to install.. Compact excellent product good price

Its a bit slow to generate steam ,probably xhould have went with the bigger one.
