Fast and friendly shipping. Heavy, so be ready for that. Tub assembly was easy, but zero instructions included. I had to use replacement screws to mount the basket to the side, provided screws were too short. Sharp edges, so be careful, but that_ how stainless works. I have bathed my pups a few times in the first week. This is installed in my partially finished basement with smooth concrete floor, so I_ able to let them play outside in the mud, and rinse off the mud without breaking my back or soaking everything with a water hose. Worth every penny so far. Plumbing will take time and money, so if you_e not a DIYer, expect to pay. I had $200 in material alone (but I overdo everything). Bottom line, if you have space, plumbing in place (like replacing a utility sink) and the need for bathing animals, this is a win. We love it.

The only thing that really made me mad was that the picture of dimensions is incorrect its not 15" wide its 26 it was my mistake to not look further in the discription but then to add insult to injury look at the pics. Ive had it for 2 weeks and after the 1st week the hose stained the rack and the plastic buckets I mix soap in were wet underneath and overnight it stained a ring under the bucketAlso under the rack a few drips of water remain each night and started to actuly rust

If you have to bathe a lot of dogs or just one dog often this is so worth the investment. I had a plumber install it after I put it together which is good because mine came with no instructions.

We all love it. Roomy enough for our canine friends to come over... We all relax , drink some wine, put on some Pink Floyd , get naked and hop in our dog hot tub ! Would be 5 stars but needs ability to have some mood candles around the edge. ~ Rover & Missy

I_ just starting out as a groomer and this will work for now. I had to use a different draining system the one it came with wasn_ great.

Excellent quality dog bath, very sturdy and easy assembly. Price is a little high but you get what you pay for and this is a very high quality product.
