reasonable to install, if you was handy do it your self, I fitted it ok,& was happy with the hot water temp delivery, a very good product, can't fault it 1bit,that'it

Pressure relief valve leaked -cheap part. Fixings on wood somewhat tricky but now it is in and running am very happy
