This is a failure. There is a lot of space after the silicone roller. Each time the paper or lamination clings, twists down. Spoils products. I do not advise buying.

Absolutely ridiculous quality, the laminator came in broken. I reach out to customer service asking to send the broker part. They told me that the part is on the way, and now it's been 3 months. I did not receive the broken part yet.

Knob arrived broken, A million tickets of 'service' later, I still can't get a knob to adjust the roller tension and use this item. The whole thing is sitting around holding down the table, unused because they use bots for customer service and won't ship a replacement knob to make it functional. Don't even think about asking for customer service to reach out. It won't happen. You'll end up with a $100 paperweight, just like me.

Never delivered to my address. It apparently sat at an undisclosed UPS waypoint, whatever that is, for a specific number of days before being return to the shipper. Tracking does not show-up on the UPS website. Hope I get a refund.
