Had no problem pulling it out of the box setting it up and getting the job done. Been using it for a few months and works great

Missing a screw and no handle on the wheel to turn the press. Otherwise,,, OK

Bought this for my guy's art project and even thought neither of us knew exactly how to use this it was super simple and works great!!

One of the rollers came loose from the frame during shipping and had to be reattached, the wood box that the roller comes shipped in is great but the roller was not well attached to the box and was flopping around during shipping. After repairs the roller works very well and does an excellent job of applying cold press self adhesive vinyl like Oracal 651 without bubbles or wrinkles.

Screws attaching it to the packaging actually scratched and damaged the product
