I have been trying to return this piece of junk for 4 weeks . It simply does not work. The brand new, right out of the box, cutting blade is so dull it will not cut the insulation. I have tried all the adjustments and several different gages of wire, with no luck at all in stripping any wire. I do not recommend anyone purchasing this product. It will be a major source of frustration and disappointment for you. The Vevor customer dis service also disappoints. I simple wanted to return it for a refund but Vevor will not honor my request. Vevor requires a movie of the wire stripper in action. Sorry it is not worth my time to make a movie. This product is a piece of junk, period end of the story.

I ordered this unit to assist in stripping cables brought back to our shop, when it arrived the fan shroud was smashed into the fan blade , breaking the blade itself, the shroud and the motor case where the screws threaded into. I contacted Vevor and had a back fourth email string but to this date nothing has been resolved. Nov 5/2024 purchase

Het apparaat werkt voor mij niet. Ik heb hier op gereclameerd, heb foto's en filmpjes opgestuurd om dit te verduidelijken. Achteraf heb ik mjn geld terug gekregen en mocht het apparaat houden(waar ik niets mee kan). Toch nog netjes geholpen en een "tevreden"klant.
