There_ always a _ut. Spindle itself Is great value for the money, but if you value your carbide mills take the included collets and nut and throw them in the trash. Don_ even take them out of the box. Right in the garbage. Then go order some good collets and a nut from a reputable source.The collet seat has about 0.00015 of runout, which is respectable. Once included collet it used to chuck in a test shaft, the runout grows to 0.001. Not great and will lead to premature endmill wear, not to mention inaccuracies in your cuts. Also, the spindle comes with 5-6mm, 3-4mm, and 1/2 collets. None of those are an ideal fit for 1/4 or 1/8 endmills. I got the 3-4mm collet stuck in the spindle bore when using 1/8 endmill. It compressed to the point of slipping out of the nut.

Just installed. Replaced similar one. Seems to run smooth and true through break in. VERY LITTLE runout, like almost none. Can_ speak to how long it will last or bearing quality but at the price, it seems worth the risk. But 4 for the cost of replacing one Taiwan version. Would recommend at this point.

This is a very high quality spindle, runs true and cool, we have had no problems yet, and the construction is first rate. I would recommend.

I am changing my review because I reached out to Mophorn on an issue I had with the bearings in my spindle. I was not expecting much help as I was outside the return window, but explained to them that I bought it months before using because I was still building my machine. I didn_ ask for a full refund but was hoping for a little compensation. Mophorn went out of there way to help me and immediately offered me a FULL REFUND! This spindle has good reviews, so mine must of been an unusual problem. It is a strong, accurate, high value for money spindle. At the end of the day, know that if you do have a problem with something that Mophorn does care about there name and WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!

I_ giving this spindle 5 stars based on performance, the spindle came with the earth connected the support from VEVOR was fantastic when DPD misplaced the item. Full disclosure, like all VFDs it required soldering the cable socket (supplied loose) and this is a tricky job but the performance is way beyond my expectations, can cut MDF at 18mm in one pass.....

My _ew Month review is in!! This is my second spindle from them, and I cannot for the life of my justify how my last HSD spindle cost $3000 to replace. I_ so glad I found these from China. My last one is going on 2 1/2 years of 6 day a week, 5 hours a day service. Powerful! Quiet! And accurate... no slop at all. I will recommend these to everyone I know at any given opportunity. I like them so much I bought two more as backup in the unlikely event they wise up and stop selling them at this price.

this is one solid bit of kit. so many negative reviews though and only think they either have had bad luck or simply have no idea on how to set them up or to use it.mine is use on a daily basis and ok they get a bit warm but never had a problem. Two of my colleagues loved my upgrade so they asked me to install the same setup on their machines. Love it
