I am not a drummer, nor a musician, but I love the feel and sounds of creating melodies organically. I just sense the patterns and directions of my hands and I can play with my hands in many ways or use the mallets. Playing the drum is a meditating practice for me.

This was a Christmas gift for my girls. I bought two drums and this one is by far the favorite. Because it's larger, they have an easier time playing it, but it is also because it has pretty rich tones.

Diese Zungentrommel ist der Wahnsinn. Einfache Bedienung. Kommt mit ausreichend Zubeh?r daher. Der Klang ist einfach nur wundervoll.

Love this product! I have a much larger steel tongue drum which is that portable. What I like about this tongue drum is it_ small, compact size which allows me to carry it with me everywhere and literally play it in my lap. The drum has a wonderful, resonant sound and comes with a custom carrying case that keeps the drum protected and provides maximum portability. Shipping was very fast and the drum and it_ accessories were packed very well. The packaged accessories with the drum were as advertised by the vendor.

Item was exactly as described. It is beautiful. I wish there was a link to video for novice players.

Not well tuned, and will have to adjust a couple of the tongues.

They're boys aged 1 1/2 and 3 1/2, so anything that makes a noise is welcomed! And, being a very musical family, this is a step towards learning how tunes are constructed.
