when the machine arrived the packaging looked like it had already been opened and re taped up. On opening the package/machine the plug adapter came out in broken pieces as if the machine had been packed on top of it, also one of the rollers on the feed trays was broken. Having said that I replaced the plug on the machine with a British plug, so did not need the adapter and have been using the machine with out the roller in place and it ran and worked very well. I have been planning recycled Oak Boards today for several hours and I am very pleased with the finished results, just needed a light sanding to finish . Only disappointment was the time it took to get here.

Ho acquistato il prodotto tempo fa e mi era arrivato non del tutto integro ecc,ma, contattando l azienda hanno risposto subito e dedicandosi a trovare la soluzione. Dopo avergli spiegato il disagio che ho riscontrato mi hanno subito rinviato una pialla nuova e integra. Sono molto soddisfatto della serieta' che ha avuto l azienda nei miei confronti sia nella gestione per la soluzione che per la cortesia. La macchina nuova va molto bene e soddisfa a livello al di sopra di un hobbista, lo consiglio un po a tutti l aquisto di questo macchinario. Ancora i complimenti per la gestione post vendita. NB. Spesso i colli sono danneggiati dai corrieri e non e' colpa dell azienda ma comunque vi risolvono i problemi al meglio. Grazie di tutto da Le Van Hao

Sturdy easy to use no issues with it

Die Lieferung war eine Katastrophe . UPS hatte schon mehrmals das vergn_en mit diesen Volltrotteln . Hobel war ziemlich verbeult , wurde wahrscheinlich mit Fu?tritten ausgeladen . Da ich mir das mit dem Reklamieren bei dieser Firma abgew?hnt habe , habe ich die verbogenen Teile selbst ausgerichtet . Jetzt funktioniert er wie es sein muss .Man darf eben nicht zu viel wegnehmen dann ist das Ergebnis sehr gut . Also nicht mit UPS liefern lassen .

Great tool and easy to use, the only downside is I had to put some of screws back in after they vibrated loose and fell out.

I have not yet used the item I ordered. But I was pleased with how fast it came. I have unpacked it and on inspection, see that it looks like its of good quality.
