I am 80 years old I installed the heater in my 2013 sprinter in two 4 hour days by my self. I viewed many Youtube's first for install and programming. This morning the heater came on at 6:00 by itself so I got up not in cold. Very Happy

I received the heater much faster than expected. That was awesome. When I picked the box up off the driveway I heard stuff rattling around inside and thought "Oh here we go". To my surprise everything was there and actually packaged better that it sounded. The metal mounting plate would not fit over the fuel inlet and the studs at the same time. I drilled the plate holes a bit bigger and gently tweaked the fuel inlet as it was way to close to the air inlet. OK, now we're getting somewhere. I bench tested the unit. It took many start up cycles to get fuel to the pump and then the heater. There are no demonstrations on the digital controller on YouTube, so I would just turn it on, let the pump run until it timed out and disconnect from battery. I repeated this until it fired. The controller is confusing, but it can (sort of) be figured out. Once the unit is running it works AWESOME! I gave it 4 stars because it does work and at a fraction of the name brands. Otherwise I would give it like 2 stars at most, due to the lack of instructions.

Hat auf Anhieb funktioniert,heizt sehr gut.Wir haben sie Station?r in der Garage mit 50m2 eingebaut.Es ist eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung dabei.Einziges Problem ist die Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht. Wird aber auch nicht ben?tigt.

Complaint up front- it was missing instructions, and the controller isn't very intuitive to use. But a little searching got me the info I needed for setup, and after playing with the controller a bit I figured it out well enough. I'm still not in love with the controller- it works wells enough though.Other than those gripes- well packed and everything as described. Quality of everything seems good.I'm going to be installing this in an "adventure" van that I haven't bought yet. I wanted to test it out though so I set it up on a small frame. I don't have any way to exactly measure the heat it puts out, but comparing it to the typical 1200 or so watts a typical electric heater puts out, 5000kw seems about right. It's a lot of heat, way more than needed to keep a typical room warm- I was heating my living room, kitchen at a bit more- about 700sf of space with it.I'm sure it'll be way more than enough for a van I- I expect it would be fine for the typical RV, unless it was enormous, or uninsulated, or you were in crazy Siberian cold.Also I'll note it's louder than I expected it to be. BUT I had it totally out in the open- typically you mount these inside cabinetry or under something. So I expect when it's finally installed the noise won't be unusually loud.

Sehr gute Standheizung und sehr schnelle Lieferung.F_ den Preis, ein gutes Ger?t.Ich verwende es mit Trafo 30 Amper bei Amaron f_20 -23 zu bekommen f_ denWintergarten.Die angegebenen 8 kw erreicht sie nicht ganz, (ich denke so um so 5-6 kw) Reicht aber vollkommen aus.Die Funkvernbedienung muss man erst anlernen, dann funktioniert sie echt gut.Ich bin zufrieden.

Love this little heater! Works as advertised, puts out fantastic heat, very fuel efficient and in my opinion quite enjoyable to set up and install. All the pieces seem like quality parts, the fuel line is very flexible and quite long, air intake and exhaust pipe seem good. When it arrived and I unpacked it, I was surprised to find out it came with a fuel tank and an air filter when it says these pieces are not included! The controller is definitely a little iffy, however it works just fine. If you want the fancy led controller you can buy one and plug it right in. 5 stars for this product!BG
