Absoluter Wahnsinn, Dienstag bestellt, Donnerstag fr_ war die Ware auch schon da?????? Besser gehts nicht!!!Zum Produkt, in der Lieferung war alles dabei was dabei sein muss?? alles super verpackt, Ware nicht besch?digt, verkratzt oder sonnst was??Eine Anleitung war dabei, diese brauchte ich aber nicht da alles absolut selbsterkl?rend ist, das die Heizung an einem passenden Ort im Auto installiert werden sollte versteht sich von selbst, da z.b. der Auspuff wie bei jeder anderen Heizung extrem heiss wird, hat man den richtigen Platz kann es auch schon losgehen, alle Teile sind absolut passgenau, das einzige was ich mir im Fachgesch?ft geholt habe war ein anderer Dieselschlauch, 4m kosten 3,75 da ich dem d_nen Plastikschlauch der dabei war nicht traue, ist aber nur eine reine Vorsichtsma?nahme von mir, entscheiden muss das jeder f_ sich selber!Alles in allen l?uft die Anlage jetzt den zweiten Tag und das absolut so wie sie es soll, f_ den Preis absolut unglaublich, das Bedienelement ist auch selbsterkl?rend und die Fernbedienung macht auch was sie soll!!!Fazit: absolute Kaufempfehlung!!!!!!!

I installed it and it could not be turned on. As a result, I contacted the customer service and they asked me to send a video to them for checking.So soon they gave me a new heater, and now it works.Their attitude and handling of problems are fantastic.

Heater gives off alot of heat. Heating 100 sq ft no problem . Had some issues with product, contacted seller .Took a little while to get things resolved but in the end everything work out good .Thanks

Received on time and with all items in the box. Simple set-up and after initial startup the unit pulls almost no power to run the fuel pump and blower fan. Low noise. Initial impression of quality exceeds my expectations considering the price.

Trabaja muy bien,solo tiene dos problemas.1._ La calibraci_ de la temperatura est muy rara,lo grados no son correctos ni cent_rados ni fahrenheit...2.__A los 15 d_s empez a fallar.Entra en corto circuito y quema el fusible.Revice la instalaci_ por algun posible cable pelado que estuviera haciendo corto en alg_ metal,pero no,todo est bien instalado solo desconecto la ploga para conectar el fusible y despu_ conecto la ploga para ver donde est el corto circuito y al conectar la ploga solo se escucha en el motor una especie de "trick" cuando el motor corta la corriente para protegerse y se apaga.Despu_ de varios intentos trabaja un par de noches y despu_ vuelve a fallar.Solicit el cambio y me lo aceptaron,lo malo es que no me dieron la opci_ de un remplazo,porque lo necesito mucho ya que el fr_ es intenso.As que voy a tener que comprar otro y hasta que me llegue devolver el que me da problemas.__Actualizado el 30 de Diciembre.Les comento despu_ de hablar con servicio al cliente que me autorizaron un remplazo.Me toc hablar con una chica muy noble y eficiente que me ayud a resolver todo de una manera donde ninguna de las partes saliera perdiendo ni tiempo ni dinero.Su nombre es Emmy y se gana las 5 estrellas por su aptitud, eficiencia y amabilidad, porque siempre estuvo al pendiente del proceso del principio al final que lleg el remplazo y a_ as se puso a disposici_ por posibles futuras preguntas.Ojal y ya no me falle.Gracias Emmy y gracias a su empresa que la apoy con luz verde para el proceso.
