I never write reviews, but felt compelled to for this heater because most items don't quite meet your expectations. All of mine were met with this diesel heater.I am eventually going to install it in a camper van, but have used it temporarily on a chicken coop in the winter to test it out. It's a great product. I would definitely recommend the 5KW version as it was sufficient to heat 64 sq feet with no problem. The 2 KW might not be enough for larger vehicles like Vans or RV's.I installed it, and then set the temperature on the thermostat and let it run continuously for weeks (with the odd fuel refill). Zero problems.

I used it for the space heater in my custom van. It works brilliantly. The English in the manual is tricky but I worked through it.

This one came with a simple rotary dial digital thermostat. I keep it on the lowest setting. I have it installed in a 6x10 enclosed trailer to keep some equipment from freezing. I would bet that even on the lowest setting it keeps things at least at 70. It puts out some pretty good heat for the size and power that it pulls. Highly recommend it. I have a 4 gallon jug of fuel and I think I have to refill it every 3 or 4 days. Feel free to ask questions I think it will notify me if someone asks a question about the product I bought.

Instruction manual sucks. Product is excellent, easy to use. 12.4 amp start up, running is .5. Low fuel consumption.The owners manual needs to be written by an English Speaking Technical Writer, like me. Because it is very difficult to understand.

This works perfectly. I had some reservations about this being an off-brand of the Espar heater. But this is everything it needs to be. It heats the truck quickly and makes it very comfortable. It barely sips the fuel, and has already paid for itself in fuel savings. I'm impressed!

This heater is excellent. I installed it in my RV and it keeps it nice and warm. Easy to install and great quality for the price. I_l be buying again in the future for sure.
