Only reason for the 4 star is the short cord for the controller . I had to rewire a longer cord .

We live on a mountain in a 3 story house, so breaking my hips has been a wonderful creative journey in finding ways to get in and out of my home. This winch easily pulls me in a wheelchair leaning backwards up a steep 14 stair entrance. I feel like i am gliding upwards with no bumps or jerks. It is an answer to prayer. When I heal, my husband wants to use it to bring in the groceries ..ha!
