Customer Reviews for VEVOR Manual Tile Cutter, 1200mm, Porcelain Ceramic Tile Cutter with Tungsten Carbide Cutting Wheel, Infrared Positioning, Anti-Skid Feet, Double Rails for professional installers or beginners

I have used one of these cutters a few years ago and it worked OK. Purchased this one and am very disappointed. Laser will not get closer than 1/8 inch out on 2 feet. Front and rear plates came out if square, plate bolts will not losen and just spins so no way to adjust plate. Rear screw behind laser plate seems stripped and will not tighten. Lots of issues. Purchased directly from the company because delivery time was faster than Amazon and it was needed for a project. Now will not have a cutter in time and am waiting for a reply from customer service. Highly disappointed to say the least. Never was able to even try the cutting wheel because of all the other issues.

Very poor metal quality. What disappointed me the most was that after cutting only three cutting of 60x60 cm tiles with a thickness of 9 mm, the handle broke. The guide rail bends significantly under pressure on this 120 cm tile cutter; it should have been made stronger and more rigid. The rollers (bearings) also move very stiffly along the rail. I had to adjust them myself, but it did not improve much. This is definitely not a tool for professionals. It is better to pay a little more and buy a proper professional tile cutter that is ready to use straight away, without requiring extra adjustments or tuning.

Good price, get what you pay for. Not square when cutting, laser wouldn't align to cuts either. On the bright side, it cuts well.

Daher so wenig Sterne.
