Seems like a robust piece of kit.Is heavy spindle motor much heavier than a dewalt router.Plug was fiddly to solder up need an extra pair of hands for that.Haven't run it yet as the vfd controller I bought had a faulty button so couldn't change the parameters.Will update this once I've given it a run but hopefully quieter than palm router.
