I used the jack for the first time today, was easy to connect. Easy locating jacking point with various inserts and covers for the inserts, these make the fit smoother. Located the jacking point blind, as it was to wet to get on the ground. No strain on the motor when lifting the car, very smooth, nothing bad to say at the minute. I cannot yet attest to the product's long-term quality, but I can attest to the fact that it seems to be a good, sturdy product, easy to use, nicely packaged and at a great price with shipping. I have already recommended it to several family members and hope to get many years of use from this. It definitely is a significant improvement on those silly manual car jacks!!

Lifts my 3 ton Tesla with ease. Tucks away in the boot and cable reaches every wheel.. as a dissabled driver I can change a wheel with ease.
