Product came with damage due to shipping, they replaced it once they recieved pictures of the damage. Product works great.

It would not take much effort to do a better job of packaging it for shipment. The metal plate for the button to operate was severely bent in due to poor packaging. Luckily I was able to disassemble it and flatten out the metal plate good enough to make it usable (still damaged).That was the down side.Up side is once I was able to locate fittings to connect it to my lift it has been working great (only lifted one truck so far) but working quite well so thank you for making a strong solid pump assembly. Now for future success please package them better for shipping.

Great unit.Replaced a 25+ yr old power unit that finally died. Has a little less power than the unit it replaced, but it still works great on the lift it's installed on.Due to lift design, I had to extend the return hose (non pressurized) from one side to the other compared to the old unit it replaced and obtain an adapter fitting from my local hydraulic supply house to adapt to my pressure hose (new one is completely different than one it replaced).So to make it "work" I needed a $3 adapter and a 2' piece of hose to run around the return.Working great so far!!!Wiring was simple, and mine has an adjustment for bleeding pressure to allow slower return.
