All I have done so far is try on scraps , I have machined a tip for spotting on pin nails, works well

Have used a couple of times and has worked exactly as expected , not to different from more expensive machines used work. Did come missing two screws for the handle attachment but was still able to use, works well off 10amp plug … so far so good!

Took a little bit to get use to operating the 90E. The only problem I had was with the ground sticking to the Panel. I bought a magnet that would fasten to the ground cable. It took a short time to figure the best temp setting for the metal I was working with. After all that the 90E worked great. Very pleased with the machine and the shipping was fast. I would recommend this to everyone.
