When all was said and done, this product did exactly what I purchased it to do. I had built a frame/box for a king-size mattress, and I wanted to be able to access the space below with ease ... so I purchased this paid of lifts.You get two lifts, and they come with the appropriate nuts & washers for mounting. It's all pretty simple.To be honest, I was a little surprised that there were no instructions included but, on the other hand, the postal carrier had done a pretty terrible job of getting the box/packaging to me in great shape and I suspect that the assembly instructions got lost in transit. That said, assembly was VERY EASY (and I just googled the product name + "assembly instructions" and found a PDF that confirmed things for me).All-in-all, no reason not to give 5-star

These work perfectly for what I needed. Building a tiny home/RV and needed some under bed storage. Easy to install and the bed lifts very smoothly. Highly recommend!!

Muss mir jetzt neue d?mpfer besorgen, am Anfang waren sie gut und haben mein Bett recht stark hoch gedr_kt aber nach paar mal auf und zu hat es extrem nachgelassen und muss viel kraft aufnehmen um dass Bett hoch zu heben also stimmt die angegeben hebekraft nicht!Update:Verk?ufer kommt mir entgegen und ist bereit mir Ersatzteile zukommen zu lassen.
