Customer Reviews for VEVOR 3 CFM 1/4HP Single Stage Vacuum Pump,3 Gallon(13 Liter) Vacuum Chamber Kit, HVAC A/C Refrigeration Kit

Came with deep scratches on the transparent lid, approx. 10-20cm long. It's a pity but it doesn't influence the operation of the device. Besides the orange ring for the lid, there is a second silicone ring that mounts on the pot itself. The silicone ring for the pot was twisted and dirty. Cleaning it off with soap removed all the dirt. I hope that keeping the silicone ring on the pot "untwists" it over time because it currently isn't tight. Although the second silicone ring is meant to improve air tightness between the pot and the lid, I have to gently press the lid on the pot for a couple of seconds to get the vacuum process started. Once the vacuum process gets going, the external air pressure pushes the lid down and you no longer need to push down on the lid. Once the vacuum is established, it easily holds is 24+ hours. When pulling vacuum, a lot of vapor/smoke/oil mist escapes from the vacuum pump. I initially had the oil level topped up to max. I already decreased the oil level but the resulting oil mist remains.

The arrival of the goods was very fast! An unpleasant surprise was the oil spilled out of the vacuum pump.

As advertised. No pump oil included which I expected. Quality is above average. Extra air in filter was included.
