Worked right out of the box ,to pump up a bca air bottle for avalanche backpack to 2500psi

I purchased this for a PCP air rifle for target practice and didn't want to mess around with going to a scuba shop or similar place to fill up the tank. I will say that getting up to 3000 PSI is a legitimate workout on the arms and lower back but if you take a quick break every 20-30 pumps, then it's very manageable and you get a bonus workout in the process. The only complaint I have (and it is minor) is the lack of clear/detailed instructions on assembly and the fact that you may need to add or adjust the gaskets (several of which are included already) in order to get a solid seal with the hose attachment. I used the pictures to confirm the placement of the pressure gauge. Other pumps have the gauge on the opposite side.In conclusion, it does the job (once it's set up) and is way cheaper than the one the air rifle manufacturer sells ($160 vs $57).

Very nice air pump. The instructions are very poor.

I am amazed at how fast this pump works. From 10-bar to 20-bar with only 18 pumps. It took about twenty minutes to set up and to tighten everything and away I went. Yes, I followed the enclosed manual.

I could have bough 4 of these for the price of the Air Venturi Pump. The construction is all metal rather than plastic components and works fine. Breaks down easily for pack or storage. I would buy this again or before any other overpriced model.
