The laser line does not go through the notch on the slitter! It is over an inch eight of an inch off! I sent a picture of this to Vevor and they sent a link on how to align the laser. It doesn’t say anything about how to get the laser centered in the notch. The laser feature was a big reason why I bought this unit over other choices. Now I’ m stuck with this thing. Horrible customer service!

Tile cutter is garbage. Break more tile then cuts. Been trying to return it for over a week and the company says reviewing your concerns. Seems like they won't give you money back for the garbage they sell. Stay away from this company at all cost

niet tevreden van apparaat, moeilijk om af te snijden. zelfs met de 2 rails beweegt de arm waardoor er geen rechte snijlijn is. veel geld weggegooid om de tegels te proberen te snijden. retour sturen werd tegengehouden door de klantendienst.. uiteindelijk daar ik dringend nodig had naar een lokale winkel moeten gaan en iets anders moeten kopen.

It was not what I expected at all. The two aluminium trails are constantly curving when trying to break the tile into two pieces. Sometimes it takes more than 10 tries, sometimes it doesn't even work at all. In general, my opinion is very bad, and I suppose there would be much better products for the same price.
