We hebben met deze tegelsnijder al 6 tegels 120x60 cm kapot gebroken. Tot nu toe alle tegels die we geprobeerd hebben. Het snijwiel maakt kartels aan de snede waardoor de tegel overal uitbreekt waar hij niet hoort te breken. Als ik dit had geweten had ik dit ding nooit gekocht. Weggegooid geld geweest. Ik deed vantevoren alles met een haakse slijper en diamantschijf, had ik dat maar gedaan, want nu heeft het me 250 euro in kapotte tegels gekost.

Vevor is not allowing me to return, they keep me sending me instructional videos on how to use the machine, I have been a General contractor for 25 years and know what I am doing. I bought 42” tile cutter but cut not straight. But customer service doesn’t want to solve my problem , they want to proof from me not to check themselves. That means I need to record some videos and take some pictures and send to them. Don’t buy from them. Waste of money and time and labor…

Ordered this cutter almost 2 months ago came immediately all busted up during shipping. Needed ot right away had to go and rent one to do the job. Was told not to return it and they would send replacement parts. Still waiting for the parts . I would never order one of these tile cutters ever again !!!!! Unacceptable. Whether it is Vevor or the manufacturer I would never order another one !!!

Advertised to cut 6mm porcelain but this tile is too thin to position the wheel properly. 7 mm tile will also not work with this machine.
