I tried cutting three 48" tiles, but every single one failed. Had to return back to angle grinder cuts.

Belle longueur certes… aucun réglages corrects… équerrage pourri, laser pas droit bref assemblée en chine. Et les deux barres de guidage qui se courbent à chaque marquage de carreaux. Bref je suis très déçu. En plus je l’ai payé plus de 100€. J’aimerais un avoir ou être remboursé car le produit ne correspond pas du tout à mes attentes

Produit reçu! Je voulais le retourner car pas ce que je voulais, sans laser et le bras est un peu dur, la longueur de coupe me trahit, mais dommage le sav n’est pas réactif! Du moins il cherche à ce que le produit ne soit pas retourner, même si normalement tu as 14 jours pour le faire rembourser sans raison. Mauvaise expérience. 2 étoiles comme même pour le prix et la livraison rapide.

Un peu déçu car la coupe avec des carreaux de 7mm (60 x 60 cm) d’épaisseur n’est régulière. De plus, le colis est arrivé ouvert dans le cheminement de livraison (DPD), il a été visité comme d’habitude.

The item indicated that it would arrive next Monday of the date of purchase but once it was paid for, it changed the delivery date by 5-7 days. Then the item package was not delivered in good condition as it can be seen in the photos.

Well this thing is a piece of garbage might be okay in a smaller model but for a 48-in model buy one that's a beam type and not the bars they Flex and twist too much in the middle it's hard to exert pressure and it typically won't break straight going to attach some pictures of the cuts I've been getting and what I think of the cutter. Off to buy more tile

Me está rompiendo todos los azulejos porcelanicos de 120 de largo cuando intento hacer un corte largo. La guía se conva y es casi imposible hacer un corte de principio a fin. Ya me ha costado 3 paquetes de porcelanico.

Purchased in September 2026 in preparation for a tile project using 24x48 large format tile. I needed to reduce the length of my tile to 24x32, so laid the long side against the backstop. Since it's a 24-inch cut, you need to start scoring at the middle of the tool. The 2 bars that the cutter slides on will bow when you press down to start scoring 24 inches away from the backstop. You cannot get sufficient pressure against the tile to properly score it at the beginning of the cut, and you will not get a straight edge. Not only did I waste over $100 on this useless tool, but I also now have to purchase a replacement tile. Stay away from this one!
