It was slightly different than the one that came off but it fit easily with minimal finagling.

This was a PERFECT replacement for the Okin BetaDrive 68256. It's the same part... just had to switch out the mounting hardware. I thought I was going to have to MacGyver it into place... it was a piece of cake, and works great. This is a pic of the old and new units, side by side. (Old unit has mounting hardware attached.)

Excellent product for the price. Motor was quieter than the original. The only problem I have is when I installed the new motor the buttons on my theater seat works backwards. (Close button will open chair and Open button will close chair). No sure why but it's not a big deal.

It did not fit the original application that I bought it for. Have bench tested it and it operates smoothly and quite slowly so it should have the torque claimed.
