TL;DR: Add/replace oil and calibrate the gauge, but otherwise good pump.When I first received the pump and, naturally, tried to boil some water, I was utterly disappointed. It was not reaching vacuum at all, and was getting quite hot.After reading comments to similar pumps here I've tightened all joints the best I could, but it didn't help at all.The oil level was within limits, but closer to the min level. So I decided to add some. And it did the trick, the pump pulled a fairly good vacuum, the water started to boil fairly quickly, and the gauge went below -1 atm.This brings me to the other point. The gauge is not calibrated, so its reading is not accurate. Keep that in mind.Order some oil with the pump, don't expect it to be ready to go. Mine wasn't.

Livraison tr_ rapide et en bon _at. Manuel en anglais, c'est une lacune. Pompe tr_ silencieuse et rapide. Test sur silicone et r_ine polyester (avant l'_oxy). Plus une seule bulle. Je recommande vivement cette gamme d'appareil.

we had some issues with the delivery date but after chatting with the company we came to a mutual understanding that accommodated both party's, all in all i am happy. product works well, everything you would need is included will add some more info when it is used for product, tested the vacuum overnight and although it did loose some of the vacuum was still a pretty good seal, would thoroughly recommend this product, and this company.

For the price and what you get is great, but when mine came in the oil had leaked all over the pump so if you are considering purchasing please remember to buy replacement oil and drain the original oil out. As per all pumps it is noisy and the vacuum gauge is not calibrated properly but all in all for cost you are getting a pretty good deal I would say this unit is for hobbyistsHope this helps with your decision to purchase

Je l'ai achet pour faire des contr?les d'outillages frigoriste en d_ression.Fait le job pour mon utilisation. Pour faire du travail efficace sur une clim il vaut mieux une double _ages.

Un peu faible en puissance

So I'm really happy with this purchase. Pump is way quieter than I thought it would be and tank is a really good size. You will need a tool kit to get this to full pressure and I believe thats why people complaining about the pressure not being good enough is because they've not tightened around the houses because that's where I was having pressure escaping from. Got needle to full pressure no problem once everthing was tight. Fast delivery as it came before it's delivery date. Only thing I'd say negative is that I would of liked a manual but I just looked up set-up on YouTube which I probaly would of done anyway. Honelyly I don't get why there are negative reviews on this
