I purchased this vice some time ago in anticipation of purchasing a Mill. It's very heavy and looks great but I've never used it until today. I didn't know I needed to buy clamps to secure it to the bench.

A little dubious at first, being the first purchase from Vevor. I need not have been concerned because straight from the start things were great....... the ease of ordering and payment; the speed of delivery; the great packaging and the overall quality of the vice is creditable. The vice conforms in it's specifications to a similar type from a much more expensive supplier. I use it on a metal shaper and it performs faultlessly. I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and the quality of the goods.

I've been using this for over a year since I bought it and fitted to my mill. Absolutely no complaints. Works great, does what it should, mounted quickly and easily with good tolerance. Has held up to rust too which is always an issue. Happy customer

The vice arrived well packaged and throughly oiled. Overall I am now very happy with the quality of construction. Initially I was unable to mill to a true square and after using a Dial indicator, I found that the fixed jaw was not completely square to the vice bed. I removed this fixed jaw, cleaned off the surplus oil and made sure the mating surfaces were completely smooth. After reassembly the fixed jaw was measuring correctly. The vice is very easy to tighten but I find the supplied jointed lever quite awkward to use. I remedied this by making a small handle so now I can open and close the vice very quickly, only using the supplied lever to achieve maximum tightness. I expect to get many years of use from this vice and would not hesitate to recommend this vice to other engineers.

Some sharp edges. Picked it down and made some adjustments with a file. 30 minutes work. Seems like a very good vice for the price.

Olen käyttäny puristinta arviolta vuoden, puristin on monikäyttöinen ja tarkka, kovat leukapalat saa siirettyä leukojen taakse ja eteen, jollon puristimeen saa melko pitkän kappaleen kiinni, mukava lisäominaisuus. Puristin on erittäin hyvä hintaansa nähden.

I bought this to replace my old vice and it was a drastic improvement. I haven’t had any real big issues with this vice in the year or so I’ve owned it.

Jeg modtog min skruestik den 06-11-2023 og tog den i brug den 22-11-2023. Jeg borede huller i en plade til en lampeholder. Det gik fint, og den holdt emnet urokkeligt fast.
