Works just as advertised. Never going back to the "old" hand carts. These star climbing ones are the only ones to have. Much more versatile and easier to move around with than grandpa's 1950's version. Happy camper am I. Would buy it again.

I found this incredibly useful during our complete remodel of a home. Trust me, your back will thank you. It works great with ratchet straps to hold what you are moving to the climber. We moved washers, dryers, and a fridge. would still recommend two people and both wearing some form of gloves. I_ highly recommend. My only complaint is the foam covers that act as handles broke very quickly, part of what makes the gloves that much nicer. Using this only a few times and I think it_ worth the purchase.

The cart arrived needing a little additional assembly. The body is made of steel making it sturdy but somewhat heavy. It folds making it compact for transportation and storage. A couple of bolts were not fully tightened from the factory and this was easily fixed. I did add a drop of lock-tight to ensure that the nuts did not loosen. The included wrench was useless but common hand tools are adequate for assembly and maintenance. Once assembled and tightened the cart works well to move heavy loads up and down stairs and on the level. It a pretty good cart for the price.

The price was reasonable and the product has been working so far. Thanks for the good customer service.

Great way to get things upstairs. Got a large chair up by myself. Had to use my strap but I was impressed by how easy the wheels climbed. Shipping was quick and painlessDM

I don_ have to bring a second person with me to move heavy laser printers up and down stairs. This stair climbing dolly takes the weight of large awkward shaped devices and converts it to a simple rotating flow. This version works perfectly on our standard stairs. I will be contacting this seller for a version with larger wheels for use on commercial stair cases with taller steps. It fold down to a small foot print and stores easily in my vehicle.
