I have been using this at least once per day, almost every day, since it arrived. I am very happy with it, it produces high quality, and really sweet tasting pure water. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

The distiller is easy to use and works perfectly for our humidifiers and plants. We've not tried it for drinking, so cannot comment. Our setup allows easy filling and cleaning and we've made continuous distilled water since purchasing. The unit does turn on once plugged in, but if filled that just allows the process to start immediately. The only 'downside' for our setup is the handle. It is often in the way when we turn the fan unit over for cleaning/filling, but we assume works well if the distiller needs to be moved. We have a high iron content in our water, so the distiller almost cleans itself with each operation. We would highly recommend purchasing.

Works great. I use a timer and the shut off button to stop it before the water completely runs dries, makes the stainless steel easy to clean. Use it for both drinking water and humidifier. Don't have to buy distilled water at the store, just use filtered sink water. Recommend.

Good for making distilled water

In the few weeks I've had this, I have already made over 40 gallons. It takes about 4 hours and 20 minutes to make a gallon in my experience. That gallon uses 3.1 KW of electricity as well. It took some time in my mind to trust the water, but I do trust the water now. I measured it for totally dissolved solids and got zero even though I started at 90. I wish it was easier to remove the hard water deposits, but it's not a fault of the manufacturer, but a fault of my hard water. The de-scalar they provide does work. I found it was easier and quicker to use than vinegar.

I never had a water distiller before so I don’t know what to expect. So far it works fine. I’ve been using it frequently and tested it with my blue lab meter, there’s no EC. Very easy to use and clean. Highly recommended. I wish I had known about this before I bought my RO filter. Nothing to replace with a distiller.

Saves a lot of money.

it may take several weeks to be delivered, but it works really well and seems to be the same thing as other more expensive brands. not all that loud - i have it in another room and it's like a modest fan. put a silicone straw or something in the receptacle so you don't get the dripping sounds.there is some suction when you go to remove the top to clean and refill - the grid on the top has sharp edges - watch your hands! no big deal once you are aware.overall, it's great.

Great product! I bought this because I was tired of spending so much money on distilled water at the store! We have 5 diffusers and my husband has a C-Pap machine he needs to use every night and of course they all use distilled water, so we were spending about $2.50 a day buying it! Now I can make our own! Super simple to use my 6yr old likes to fill and run it, and fits on my counter! I clean it about every two weeks and it’s been wonderful! G.M.
