I purchased this distiller for my self about a hear ago and the discussing the merits of distilled water for cooking and drinking decided to order one for my son as well. I have made over 300 gallons in the past year and my son is making a gallon a day to support his needs. Machine works just great and have set it up on a timer to get the lowest electricity cost. Water tastes great and believe that it will work for a long time. If you make 300 gallons a year, that is a $ 300 savings over buying distilled water in the store. Electricity probably costs about $ .25 per gallon.Frieda C

Using this distiller for almost a month for drinking and everything is perfect, water is crystal clear and tasty. Great product and absolutely fantastic service. Had a minor problem with the distiller contacted customer service and they simply sent me a new unit right away! I didn't expect such a great service. Thank you so much for everything! Definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Love our distiller, it was exactly what we ordered, it cleans the water so well you can see what is actually in your water when it's done, Yuck! Even the water that comes out of our "Purified drinking water" from our fridge is not this clean! I Use it Every day!

Great set up.

It is a great machine for the price. Takes about four hours to complete a gallon. This unit would be best run in the autumn and winter as it generates a lot of heat from the top. However, saying that it would warm a room in the winter time. Water was clear and the remaining minerals and hard deposits were left to collect in the stainless steel collector. I use the steel pad to clean the hard water deposits. Anyone buying one of these machines best get use to that task. The real benefit of the machine is all the plastic water bottles you no longer have to blue bin...

I bought the cheapest version, in fact, I bought it again. I use the water I distill for my plants. I have a lot of plants I'm growing this summer and I bought a second machine to help me keep up with the 10 gallons I use every couple days for my plants. At half the price of the others, I'm very happy with the purchase so far.

Communication with my seller was a bit of an issue to start but I got my unit and it works great to recover Alcohol from a solution with distillation using this unit. It works pretty fast. To help improve the seals I use some Teflon Tape as well.

Very good product, exactly as described. I like that you control the temperature on it.
