Nice vise for the money, free shipping (mine came by FedEx).In the product description it say material is Stainless, not so. The base is cast iron and the rest is machined steel.No manual came with mine.

This review is for the 5" model. I am really happy with these vises for the money (bought 2) I am using them on a made in spain bridgeport clone and I have no complaints other than that the included mounting hardware is absolutely worthless. Throw the bolts in your junk bin ASAP and take $10 out of the hundreds you saved by buying an import vise and buy some made in USA T nuts and some grade 8 bolts

It looks good .it nicely machine and opens and close smooth. For the prize cant go wrong.

This is a great vise for my Harbor Freight mini mill. I did have to lubricate it before using it because it was not smooth. This was the reason for four stars instead of five.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the exterior was left a little rough. The casting and the final finish is not as smooth and defined as it could be, however that does not effect it's performance. It is tight and straight and very robust. For the purpose for which I will use it it is a great , econconomical, serviceable unit. Well worth the investment.
