I received a defective product with my first shipment. I was very disappointment that the temperature would not heat up correctly on my press (temp stayed at 65 degrees and would not increase). I contacted the seller and they were great to work with. They agreed to send me a new product and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I have not received my new press yet, but will update once I do. I know that if anything is wrong, the company will go above and beyond to make it right.

Works great! My only complaints are the removable mats slipping when we put a hoodie on it. We had to glue it down. Also, a screw was off and one is missing. Overall, it works well.

I like it. No instructions to tell you what the mats are for.

Worked well. Needs better directions for use. But does work good.

Although the bottom plate is bolted down and does not slide out, the press works great.

Not as easy to use the first time but once you get the hang of it, everything goes fast. Heats up good and the padding is good too.

I own one of the most active printing companies in Atlanta (30-110) Pieces Daily & I_e Had It since December 2019 & the only issue I had was having to change the handle (recently) which only costs $14. You_l definitely make your money back several times over before you have to worry about repairing
