Like the 5 layers bigger space.Dislike the thin and soft plate. Very low quality.Most used for steaming vegetables and make steamed bread.

When my husband first saw this, he was in disbelief I actually bought this. It_ fit for a restaurant. He wanted me to return it!! In the end, he got more excited than me to make dim sum. This thing is huge and requires it to be hand washed (would take up too much space in the dishwasher). But the food turned out awesome! ? We put two of the trays away as we don_ think we will ever need them (just a family of three).
